Program A — Foundations (4 Weeks)

  • Foundations is the starting point for new dogs (or any dog that needs a reset on basics). We build calm engagement, clear communication, and dependable obedience—without turning your home into a boot camp.

    • New puppy or new-to-you dog

    • “Good dog… until there’s anything interesting”

    • Pulling on leash, inconsistent recall, jumpy greetings

    • You want reliable basics before you layer in sport/protection work later

Not sure? If your dog is showing fear, reactivity, or aggression, Program C (Behavior Reset) may be a better fit.

  • By the end of Foundations, most handlers see:

    • A calmer dog with better impulse control

    • Reliable response to core commands with everyday distractions

    • Cleaner leash walking structure (less pulling, more clarity)

    • A simple home plan you can actually maintain

  • How it works

    Week 1 — Communication + Structure
Markers, engagement, leash handling, and home rules.

Week 2 — Consistency in the Real World
Generalize commands to new places and mild distractions.

    Week 3 — Distraction + Duration
Impulse control, longer holds, better leash decisions.

    Week 4 — Proofing + Maintenance Plan
A repeatable plan you can keep running after the program ends.

    • Initial assessment (in-person or call)

    • Weekly sessions (private, 1:1)

    • Daily micro-work (10–15 minutes) for the owner/handler

    • A written plan: “What to do, when to do it, and why it matters”

    • Text check-ins for accountability and troubleshooting

(If you want, I can tailor this section to your exact session count and whether you do board-and-train, private-only, or hybrid.)

  • This program works because you become the handler—calm, consistent, and clear. I’ll coach you the same way I coach the dog.
